About the Experience

What should I expect from the experience? At the meeting point between an amusement park and science museum, Science Expériences approaches science through the prism of entertainment, with the aim of astonishing, entertaining and educating visitors, through immersive and innovative means such as virtual reality, video mapping or multi-sensory and emotional presentations. The tour is an invitation to travel through a veritable whirlwind of experiences: from the farthest reaches of the universe, to the depths of the abyss, passing through the center of the Earth, finishing with themes of quantum physics (lasers, teleportation, levitation). You'll be able to wander from room to room to discover and awaken you to science.
Where is the experience located? The experience is located at 2 Place de la Porte Maillot, Paris 75017.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors? The experience takes place indoors in air-conditioned rooms.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
Will there be food and drink for sale on site? Food is not allowed in the museum tour.
Is there parking nearby? Yes, there is an INDIGO parking lot close to Science Expériences.
Will there be more sessions added? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be adding more dates. Please check the event page for any information regarding availability as well as confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code? Come as you are!
Will there be merchandising for sale? Yes, the museum has a store where you can take home a little souvenir.
Do you have a locker room? Can I leave my luggage before my experience? We have a cloakroom subject to availability.
Can a child under 18 complete the tour alone? Children under 18 are not allowed to take the tour on their own. They must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy your tickets online via the Science Expériences website:

You can also buy your tickets from the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

Can I buy tickets on site?

There will be an on-site box office. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive. We strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance to secure a time slot.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. All you have to do is click on "Transfer ticket" on the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Do I have to print my ticket? No, your electronic tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't yet installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same account you used when you bought your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of non-refundability are accepted prior to purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you reschedule your tickets to another date and session still available. Please contact us for more information. Please remember to provide us with your Ticket ID.
Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a group, please write to us at palais@science-experiences.com, telling us the name of your organisation, your preferred dates and the size of your group.
What are the conditions for purchasing the family pack? The family pack applies when the following conditions are met: 2 adults and 2 children (aged between 3 and 12). It doesn't matter whether you're from the same family or not.
Are there reduced rates? Yes, we offer reduced rates for students, senior citizens, jobseekers, people on RSA, disabled people, journalists and teachers, on presentation of proof.
Do you welcome birthday groups?

We welcome birthday groups on a regular basis, but we don't have a dedicated space (cake is not authorized).

We leave it up to you to book directly on our website: www.science-experiences.com, choosing the day and time slot you're interested in, and according to remaining availability, with the number of adults and children present.

About the Experience Accessibility

Do I need to arrive on time for my session?

Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket (do not arrive early or late).

If you are late, we will consider the possibility of moving you between two time slots (i.e. a potential wait of 20 to 40 minutes).

Are pets allowed? Are guide dogs allowed? No, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility? Yes, the experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Is the experience accessible to the hearing and visually impaired? The experience is not completely suitable for the hearing and visually impaired.
Will there be strobe lights? No, there are no strobe lights used during the experience.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit? This experience is a walking tour. If you need a rest, seats will be available along the way.
Will there be toilets on site? Toilettes will be available on site. Please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I use my camera during the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. Please be careful not to disturb other visitors when taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost-and-found area? We recommend that you ask the staff on site if they have found your personal belongings.
Is there an age requirement?

There is no minimum age required to participate in the experience. We do, however, recommend the experience for children aged 4 and over.

The venue is accessible to strollers.

Will there be an audio guide? A translation solution is available for non-French-speaking visitors.
Is virtual reality available? This experience offers a virtual reality option. Please note that this option must be added to your basket when purchasing your ticket.
